"Finding the strength within to overcome your fears is the
key to your success."

-- Paul Lawrence Vann

The difference between the wealthy and the poor is fear.
Wealthy people take risk because they know it is a
fundamental part of the process.

Poor people fear going to work, networking, overcoming
educatonal shortfalls. Overall poor people live a
lackfilled existence.

How do I know this? Observation and consistent study
proved to me that wealthy people overcome their fear of
failure, while poor people settle for failure and
oftentimes embrace it.

Success starts with the mental attitude and how you
perceive your self. For example, Oprah Winfrey was told by
the television station in Baltimore that she didn't have
the look for television.

In other words there were hardly any black female anchors
on local television stations, especially one with an afro.
The television station requested Oprah get a hair make over
and it resulted in her losing her hair.

Eventually Oprah's hair grew back and she was assigned to
work as a roving analyst of sorts. This experience
catapulted Oprah within the Baltimore viewing area.

A television station in Chicago liked what Oprah was doing
and requested to interview her. The rest as they say is
history, Oprah overcame her fear of failure and leaped at
the opportunity to host her own show and the world is the
recepient of a media mogul.

Do you think you could have overcome the obstacles Oprah
faced as a young black female anchor? As you know Oprah
Winfrey is the wealthiest women in the world, she didn't
inherit any money from her parents, nor did she hit the
jackpot in Vegas.

It's important to realize Oprah had a vision for her
success and she is living her best life possible. You are
no different than Oprah because life deals out obstacles
and hurdles.

Make a pledge to overcome the mental red tape that
restrains us from taking risks in life. Be and overcomer
and live your best life just as Oprah is doing.
