Paul Lawrence Vann, Lieutenant Colonel, United States Air Force, (Ret) served his country with distinction and retired in October 2002 with over 20 years of military service. He served over 12 consecutive years in the Pentagon.
Paul Lawrence Vann is a highly decorated military officer, having received the National Defense Service Medal, Army Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, and numerous Organizational Excellence Awards for his contributions to the Air Force and the United States of America.

Paul Lawrence Vann and his family reside in the Washington, DC area. He travels from the Washington, DC area in support of speaking engagements and book signing events.
